Despite being repackaged to look like it's brand new, the phone is NOT brand new as the battery as had over 500+ charge cycles when I received it using a tool called "SamFW Tool". Provided this proof to ask for a partial refund from the seller, but the seller is pretending that they have not received my messages to avoid paying a partial refund. Buyer beware, you can get the same product from AliExpress for a cheaper price if you are looking for a used and refurbished phone.

Beware, I was sold a faulty mobile phone, Warranty or replacement was not offered, my mobile was still under warranty period, only used for 4 days. I was given a $120 refund for $300 phone. I believe their mobiles are overseas models, possibly they are repackaging second hand refurbished ones and selling as New, no manuals or warranty card in packaging.
This seller is dishonest with misleading communication.
Phones are not as described. Think carefully before purchasing from this seller.
